2014 Services and Prices
We will only be processing a limmitted number of deer this season. Please call to check for availability.
$25.00 flat fee for processing: this includes cutting your meat from the bone, grinding, and packaging ground meat into tubes.
Additional services:
$4.00 per pound to make regular summer sausage. (10 pound minimum.) Regular
summer sausage can be hot or mild.
$4.50 per pound to make summer sausage with cheese. (10 pound
minimum.) Pepper Jack or Cheddar.
$100 per deer to make regular summer sausage. (entire deer) Regular summer sausage can be hot or mild.
$105 per deer to make summer sausage with cheese (Pepper Jack or Cheddar)
$5.00 per deer to make breakfast sausage. There is no minimum, and breakfast sausage is available in hot or mild.
$5 per pound of meatballs (fully cooked). Meatballs can be homestyle or Italian. No minimum.
